Sonic Playground is a pop rock band known for turning everyday moments into anthems that audiences carry long after the music ends. With driving rhythms, soaring melodies, and heartfelt lyrics, their songs are made to be sung in headphones or shouted back in venues.

Formed back in 2017, The now members consisting of Nikki on lead vocals, Blair on guitar and backing vocals, Tony on bass and backing vocals and wielding the drum sticks is Braiden.

The group began with small shows in bars and local clubs, where their raw energy and catchy hooks quickly caught attention. Within a short time, sonic playground grew from playing to a few dozen people to playing local festivals and opening for established acts. Their early single “Keep Breathing” marked a breakthrough, gaining recognition and building their first wave of loyal fans.

What sets Sonic playground apart is their ability to balance intimacy with scale. Their music combines the punch of modern pop rock with honest storytelling, drawing inspiration from bands like Foo fighters and the baby animals while keeping a voice that is uniquely their own. Whether it’s a ballad that lingers in memory or an upbeat track built for sing-alongs, every song reflects their mission: to make moments unforgettable.

Now working on their second full-length album, Sonic is ready to take their sound to bigger stages across Australia. More than just a band, they are a shared experience of music that turns nights into memories and the ordinary into something extraordinary.
